Old Newton Village Hall

Old Newton Village Hall is conveniently located in the centre of the village approximately 2 miles north of Stowmarket and the A14.

The Hall was built in 1977 and has been refurbished in a number of areas, with further plans to refurbish and extend the building already in action.

The Village Hall has been used for a number of events in the past including Barn Dances, Birthday Parties, Wedding Receptions and Community events such as the Old Newton Christmas Fayre.

We have a large main hall and a smaller room that can be used for meetings, smaller events or as an annexe from the main hall.

The Village Hall has accessible toilets, a fully furbished kitchen, bar facilities and parking for 60 cars with additional parking available at the rear of the hall if necessary. We also have easy access to the Old Newton Playing Field, which consists of 16 acres housing several children’s play areas as well as the Football and Cricket Pitches.
