The current Lound Village Hall was opened in 1996 and is managed as a charity by the village hall committee, for the benefit of all residents of the village.
Facilities include a large main hall which features a multi-media projector and large screen for showing films etc. There is a well stocked kitchen with an oven, a modern hob which is accessible for wheelchair users, microwave and fridge.
The ground floor of the hall is completely accessible and includes accessible toilet facilities.
Upstairs there is a meeting room with large boardroom table. A separate room houses the Village Archive, with printing and photocopying facilities.
Outside there is ample car parking for up to 12 vehicles, including designated disabled driver parking. Adjacent to the car park is a large, pleasant village green which is also managed by the village hall committee and is available for hire. It includes an area for additional parking, and has an electrical supply suitable for outdoor events
