The Better Days Hub Newmarket is managed by Orbit’s Thriving Communities team. We use our hub to deliver activities for our customers as part of our Better Days programme. The Hub is also available to hire by local groups and organisations. The Hub has a large meeting room and a smaller room suitable for 1-2-1 meetings. It has recently been refurbished and hire includes access to the kitchenette with tea and coffee making facilities.
The building has a capacity of 30 and is available to hire seven days a week between 09:00am and 8:00pm. The space is particularly suitable for meetings, support groups and training. Our hire rates are:
Orbit customers and local residents: £10.00 per hour
Charities, voluntary and community sector organisations: £12.00 per hour
Commercial and Statutory Organisations: £15.00 per hour
Please note, the Hub is located on the first floor and accessed by stairs.
