Clopton Village Hall

**Clopton Village Hall is an excellent venue for many activities. The hall is large, light and airy with doors leading directly from the main hall to outside grass area. The hall has a wooden floor suitable for dancing, a stage and a bar (unstocked, unlicensed). Kitchen facilities and table and chair hire are included in the fee. There are male, female and disabled toilet facilities. The hall is accessed from the car park by a ramp. There is easy access from the road and parking for around 30 cars.**

**The numbers that can be accommodated in the hall at any one time are as follows: Seated at tables 100; Dancing and Tables 150; Closely seated 150. There are 26 tables and 120 chairs available**

**Hall hire prices for social events : Weekday: (between 9:00am and 5:00pm) £15:00 per hour; Weekends and evenings: £20:00 per hour. Set up and clear up times must be included in your booking.**

**We offer a Wedding Reception Special at £300, which includes: Friday afternoon (for preparation), all day Saturday, and Sunday morning (for clearing up).**

**The hall is also available for regular hire for classes etc.

** We are unable to accept bookings for teenage parties.

**There is a £100:00 booking/damage deposit required, which will be refunded if the hall is left in a satisfactory condition. All damages or extra cleaning must be paid for and will be deducted from the deposit amount.**

**There will be a £100 charge if a key is lost.**
